Hi it's Angela Beavers here with my challenge project Flower Garden Cutie. My project was built on an 8x8 wood plank that hangs on the wall.
*Cut patterned paper to 4 1/2 x 12" and due cut with 961 Tag Die. Die cut the tag again with the lattice overlay die.
Stamp the flowers with plum ink and the Dahlia Dance stamp.*Distress edges of the tag with coffee ink. Decide placement on the wood plank & tape the tag down and cut off the overhang. *Stamp pink card stock with plum ink and Dahlia Dance stamp. Die cut out 24 flowers with 994 flowers die.
*Die cut three small and three large flowers from 964 Victorian Flower Die.
Flower Trio:
*Place small flower on top of the large flower slightly off set and place brad in the center. Using a bone folder, shape flower by curling petals to create dimension.
*Distress edges of petals with coffee ink. *Decide placement of leaves, flowers, and pink tulle. Staple to wood plank front.
Sentiment:
*Stamp in coffee ink the "Let us be Grateful" stamp on white card stock and distress edges. Attach to a magenta mat and glue onto the wood plank.
*Crop photo as needed, distress edges with coffee ink and tape to tag.
*Cut one hinge from Kraft card stock. Cut the hinge in half. Using glossy accents, glue hinge to tag edge.
*Hammer 6 brads into the open holes on the hinge.
